24 001 20 302 - Intake Repair
This is a repair part for the early Alfa romeo Nord TwinCam engine, the early type Nord engines are equiped with a "screw-in" type thermostat. back in the day when these cars were driven, not all would run on antifreeze but on tap/destilled water.
As this area is thin and machined, it tends to get corroded over time.
As you can see from the pictures, ours did, and instead of exchanging it with the later type intake manifold with "drop-in" thermostat, we decided to keep it original fix it and offer the possibility to other people who find themselves in the same situation.
This repair piece also suits Lancia Fulvia 1.3/16 V4 engines, and possibly many others.
