At APB Shop, our main goal is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Return Period You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without needing to provide a justification (Right of Withdrawal).
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged);
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact;
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns on personalized items, perishable goods.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return process, please email us at reclamacoes@apbshop.eu with the following details:
- Order Number;
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return;
- (Optional) Reason for the return.

4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, APB Shop will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
